New Year Party | AWOT

AWOT Logistics Vietnam Co., Ltd. held a New Year party on February 11, 2017, at InterContinental Saigon Hotel for 200 guests in Vietnam and foreign. This was an important event for the purpose of thanking customers, partners and opening the company after Lunar New Year holidays, so the preparation was very thoughtful and meticulous. Event Management Company - YesEvents (locates in Ho Chi Minh City and in Phu Quoc) was selected to hold this event.

With the theme "Hand in Hand Together”, AWOT LOGISTICS (VIETNAM) engaged to cooperate long-term with customers, partners, suppliers for collaborative development. Understanding of client’s industry was logistics service, the event management company - YesEvents carefully planned out the welcome arrangement as well as conduct of city tour for participants. In the meantime, all the items for the new year party were precisely intended and rehearsed from sound and lighting system, LED screen to entertainment of dancers and AWOT team.

Vietnam Event Management Company YesEvents also coordinated closely with client organizers and the lion dance group Tinh Anh Duong to make good preparation for the opening performance. The spectacular and imposing opening performance of lion dance group Tinh Anh Duong lasted for nearly 60 minutes, including the performances of lion on high pillars, lion giving red scroll, LED dragons, 8 drums, etc. and followed with entertaining performances which contributed to a successful New Year party.
